I readily travel distances of up to 100KM from downtown Toronto, with travel fees included in the session fee. Please consult prior to booking for travel further than this. 

Yes! I know we all see pictures of ourselves in different ways and sometimes my favorites may not be your favorites. After your session, I go through all the images and cull unsuccessful frames (e.g., blinks, awkward hand positions, pooping horses). The remaining images will receive a quick colour correction to give an idea of the final edits, and are uploaded to a proofing gallery. You will have one week to make your selections from the proofing gallery, after which the selected images will be carefully retouched for your final digital images and wall art.

The session fee is to be paid via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay using my online booking system to secure your spot. This payment is non-refundable. Any digital images or wall art purchased are billed after image selections have been completed. Finished products will only be delivered after payment has been made in full.

Reschedule requests are honored with at least 7 days notice (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency), subject to the availability of both parties. If no suitable reschedule date is found, or a request to cancel the booking entirely is made, all funds paid except for the non-refundable retainer will be returned to you. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refunds will be offered. All cancellations and reschedule requests must be made via email.
